Can not Escape service tax Fraudder

Finance Minister P Chidambaram has said that service tax evaders will not get any escape route in case . Including arrest and prosecution if caught in tax evasion strict action will be taken against them . In the case of service tax evasion in the country so far 13 people have been arrested .
He said that the service of the nation's gross domestic product ( GDP) is 55 per cent . There is no reason why that should not tax services . Chidambaram here on Tuesday organized by the Department of Central Excise and Customs voluntary compliance incentives ( VCES ) were addressing the awareness camp . The Government has introduced a package of amnesty for defaulters .
He just seven million of those 17 million registered firms and are paid as service tax . The rest needs to reach 10 million . They may be far from our reach . But with the help of the technical resources, the revenue department's investigation and any tax thief through 360 degrees profiles can be easily caught .
