Wipro faces serious tax Problem

India's third largest IT company Wipro is facing the threat of property seizure . Not pay property tax of Rs 16.47 crore on the charges. So Greater Bangalore Municipal Corporation ( BBMP ) has threatened to take legal action .
Wipro said it is taking legal steps to avoid this action .
BBMP despite notices allege that the company is paying tax . So the final notice is issued . If this time does not pay property tax will take action if necessary . The company alleged that the BBMP is in a wrong way to recovery . Without prior notice to BBMP officials on November 27 reached their Sarjapur office and remained there for seven hours . During this time he tried to recover many wrong ways . The notices were sent back many mistakes . Should be improved , but they are expanding the number of notices . Being a responsible corporate we appeal to them that they are the right ways to behave with us .
BBMP , chairman of the Standing Committee on Finance 's Tax and MS Shiv has denied the allegations . He said that after three notices also not tax the corporation has the right to seize the property . In January last year the company had paid Rs five crore . After that there was no payment . Shiv said on Friday he has called a meeting on the matter . We 're willing to wait a week . Thereafter, further action will be taken.
